What factors affect the surface roughness of Dalian motor casing
1、 The selection of cutting tools varies depending on the material of the workpiece, otherwise the machining performance of the cutting tools will not be perfectly reflected or even have no machinability.
2、 The size of the feed amount, in order to ensure good surface roughness, precision cutting, and feed speed are usually very slow.
3、 In order to achieve better surface roughness requirements, the selection of rotational speed for precision machining of motor shells usually requires a higher rotational speed. This way, the inner wall of the processed motor shell will be smoother and brighter, resulting in better roughness.
The voltage to ground caused by the distributed capacitance and insulation resistance of the electrical appliance itself. At this point, the human body feels a slight numbness when it touches the metal shell, but it cannot be felt when the hand is pressed tightly against the shell. The way to prevent the electrical casing from being electrified is to connect the electrical casing to a reliable grounding wire.
