If the grounding wire of the motor casing and the resistor of the transmission line are not large, it is equivalent to the potential difference between the motor casing and the ground, and it is not easy for people to touch the motor casing for shock resistance. In fact, a motor has severe leakage, such as the collision between the stator winding and casing of the motor. Due to the road surface, the short-circuit capacity is very high, and the motor of the relay protection device equipment may melt and disconnect the switch power supply, causing the motor to terminate. The casing of other electrical equipment must also be on the road, and the basic principle is the same.
Cast iron motor casings are likely to have higher durability, withstand impact and impact, and have high mechanical strength. However, it must be acknowledged that due to their heavy weight, non corrosion resistance, easy rusting, and difficulty in heat removal, they are inferior to aluminum profiles. However, in terms of electrical performance, whether the motor casing is cast iron or aluminum profile, it is the same here. Generally, the leakage current of the motor cannot exceed 0.8 meters A to ensure personal safety.
