1. Open anti drip type: The motor is equipped with an open housing. These motors are suitable for indoor and clean environments. The design of ventilation holes is to prevent liquids and solids from entering the machine.
2. Fully enclosed fan cooling type: The motor has an external fan that can circulate external air to the motor.
3. Fully enclosed and non ventilated type: The motor has no air opening. Air cannot move freely inside and outside, but the structure of the motor is not airtight or liquid tight.
4. Flushing: The shell is suitable for environments that require regular cleaning or disinfection.
5. Explosion proof type: All motors are turned off, capable of withstanding internal gas and steam explosions, and the motor frame is not cracked or ruptured. These motors can operate stably in hazardous environments.
The water-cooled motor casing should ensure excellent lubrication of the motor during operation. Generally, after running the motor for 5000 hours, the lubricating grease should be filled or replaced. If the bearing temperature is too high or lubrication is found to be updated or modified during operation, the hydraulic press should immediately lubricate the grease. When disassembling and replacing lubricating grease, the old lubricating grease should be removed, and the bearings and bearing covers should be cleaned with gasoline from the car fuel tank, and then added to the inner and outer ring cavities of the bearings. Disassembly and replacement of winding resistors include primary and intermediate winding resistors, specifications, coil turns, and wiring.
The performance of the motor casing determines the use of pig iron instead of wrought iron: as wrought iron is rarely used as a structural material, it is due to its soft texture and low strength. The carbon in cast pig iron exists in the form of flake graphite, and its fracture surface is gray, commonly known as gray iron. Due to the soft nature of graphite and its lubricating effect, cast pig iron has good cutting, wear resistance, and casting properties. But its strength is not enough, so it cannot be forged and rolled. It can only be used to manufacture various castings, such as casting various machine tool beds, iron pipes, etc.
