In order to meet the requirements of surface roughness, Dalian motor shell usually adopts multi tool component turning. Generally, the turning amount of one tool is relatively small, so as to ensure the accuracy and surface roughness. A large amount of knife is easy to cause vibration and black skin. Nowadays, in order to obtain better machining results, a large number of clamp forming alloy tools are used to greatly meet the needs of machining.


The size of the feed. In order to ensure better surface roughness, the feed speed of fine cutting is usually very slow. For the selection of machine tools and equipment, numerical control equipment with better automatic machining accuracy, the use of numerical control lathe of Guangshu 980 system, the use of numerical control lathe of Daisen system, the need of large rough and fine turning, and the motor base processed by stepless speed change is better and faster. During the hydrostatic test, the motor shell shall be sealed to form an independent closed cavity inside the motor shell. When sealing the flameproof surface, attention shall be paid not to damage the flameproof surface, and the flameproof surface shall be kept intact, even if there are scratches, otherwise the explosion-proof performance of the motor will be affected.


An air vent shall be set at the top of the hydrostatic test equipment to discharge the internal gas during the process of adding water and pressurization, so as to prevent the air from being compressed during the pressurization process. Due to the large elasticity of the compressed gas, the operation of the pressure gauge will be unstable and the safety will be affected. A protective net shall be installed around the hydrostatic test equipment to prevent injury caused by workpiece ejection during the hydrostatic test. With the continuous development and progress of industrial level, especially the rapid development and application of numerical control technology in recent years, the rapid popularization of numerical control lathes has also brought us tangible benefits in processing motor shell and motor end cover.


Due to the popularity of CNC lathes, while improving the work efficiency, the processed products can be stably controlled within the tolerance requirements, so as to make the processing of motor shell and motor end cover move towards digital production. During the processing, the drilling process is to drill holes and threads required for connection with the end cover and junction box on the motor housing according to the requirements of the drawings. When drilling on the cast iron motor housing and end cover, the drill bit displacement will occur when the drill bit just touches the casting surface due to the unevenness of the casting surface, resulting in the inaccurate position of the hole and the large diameter, which will lead to the failure of assembly and assembly difficulties.


The sand is required to be finer and the viscosity is also required to be higher and higher, because the cast iron motor shell and the end cover of cast iron motor are of different shapes. In some places, there is little sand and high-strength sand is required. Take clay sand as an example. As the strength of sand is required to be higher, more clay powder is added to clay sand, and more clay powder is required to be added to fine sand. At this time, the permeability of clay becomes poor.
