Understand Dalian marine parts rolling bearings

Dalian marine parts rolling bearings are generally composed of four parts: outer ring, inner ring, rolling element and cage. Strictly speaking, they are composed of six parts: outer ring, inner ring, rolling element, cage, seal and lubricating oil. It can be defined as rolling bearing with outer ring, inner ring and rolling element. According to the shape of rolling element, rolling bearings are divided into ball bearings and roller bearings. All bearings of the inner ring and outer ring cage rolling element are composed of these four parts. Some enterprises add lubricating grease to them, which is called five major parts. If it is the inner and outer rings of the thrust bearing, it is called the shaft race. Some bearings do not have cages, and some bearings have spacer blocks instead of cages. Rolling elements are generally balls, rollers and needles.


The exhaust valve stem is one of the core key components of marine diesel power equipment. China's independent R & D capacity and manufacturing level are seriously backward. In particular, the newly installed parts of the exhaust valve stem of two-stroke diesel engines are all dependent on imports. There has never been a truly Chinese produced exhaust valve stem installed on the marine diesel engine. As a key component, it has been subject to the "neck" problem for a long time.

The machining of hull parts has developed from mechanization to automation. The workload of hull assembly and welding accounts for more than 75% of the total workload of hull construction, of which welding accounts for more than half. Therefore, welding is the key work of shipbuilding, which is not only directly related to the construction quality of ships, but also related to the shipbuilding efficiency. Since the 1950s, the welding method has developed from full manual welding to submerged arc automatic welding (see submerged arc welding), semi-automatic welding, electroslag welding and gas shielded arc welding.


The major difference between marine diesel engine and ordinary vehicle engine and engineering diesel engine is that the internal circulation cooling mode is different. Automotive and engineering diesel engines use fans to blow or suck air to the radiator (water tank) for heat exchange, while marine diesel engines use heat exchangers (water tanks) to exchange heat with the circulating sea (River) water.


The special parts for marine engines mainly include: high pressure oil pump, water air cooler, supercharger, exhaust pipe protective cover, oil pan and corresponding pipelines.
