Due to its strong ventilation and short chimney, the marine chimney of Dalian marine parts has strict requirements on the particle size of the coal used. The fine pulverized coal is fed into the furnace and will be burned in the future, that is, it will fly away with the soot. Especially when the locomotive boiler carries out intensified combustion, the fine coal with a particle size of 6mm can fly out with the smoke from the flue. In order to distribute the coal evenly on the furnace bars, and the degree of air permeability is roughly the same, lump coal must also be used, which is a medium block of 75~25 mm, or a small block of 25~6 mm. At present, fixed entertainment gasifiers such as Wilman, which use anthracite as raw material to produce synthetic ammonia feed gas (semi water gas), and gasifiers that use weak viscosity stoves as raw material to produce combustion feed gas are widely used in China.
